The body of works will be taking you to different places: beach, lake and mountains as well as of seasons. Maryanne has a particular relationship with nature.
Her connectivity is allowing her to see the little details from the bleeding of the forest after the bush fires and witnessing the revival of nature, discovering the patterns created by the debris left after the storms.
Embracing the surrounding is allowing her to remember the moss on the lake edges that look like felted wood, the whisper-quiet of the powder snow in the mountain but above all the regrowth from mother nature "After The Storm" and to incorporate all of this in her painting.
This exhibition is inviting the viewer to "see" the artwork as well as engaging with their memories of senses and places.
