Artist Statement
My work is generally centered around the combination of cute and monstrous. I use whimsy to take the edge off of the horrific and horror to sharpen up whimsical things.
These mixed-media drawings are fun explorations of fantastic creatures.
They are all A5, on toned and cream coloured cardstock.
Happy Orc is my interpretation of the many varied moods of the stock fantasy creature.
