Wednesday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm
Saturday & Sunday 10 am to 3 pm
1. Booking Requirements: Half the rental as deposit upfront. The remainder is to be paid 2 weeks before the exhibition.
2. Arrangement for hanging of works: Works are to be delivered and installed with the information provided for the Bump in. Email to be sent.
3. Other costs: Advertising, hanging costs and opening costs (drinks & food) and printing of invitations are the responsibility of the artist.
4. Opening Nights: We suggest having your opening Wednesday night 6-8pm.
5. Responsibility for artwork: No responsibility for loss or damage to the work will be accepted, although all care will be taken. A back to base security system operates when closed. All valuable works should be securely fixed.
6. Sales: The gallery manager will handle all sales. We are using Square as a payment facility. Payment for sales will be available at the end of the show.
7. Gallery Commission: is 30% + GST of all sales
8. Pulling down: Works are to be removed from the gallery at 3 pm on the final Sunday of exhibition. No responsibility will be taken for works left after the exhibition.
9. Storage: artworks left behind costs $25 per work per week. When the amount reached the value of the artworks, THE SPACE gallery will dispose of the artworks as it’s see fits.
10. No alcohol is allowed outside the venue at any time.
