Do you offer returns?

We kindly ask that you choose your artwork carefully, as we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! If your artwork isn't quite what you expected, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to discuss possible solutions.

Please note that THE SPACE gallery & art class cannot be held responsible for any damage or faults that occur after the artwork has been collected or delivered.

  • Please note we deal with every return on a case by case basis.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team via email at hello@thespacegallery.com.au. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return request.

We will review your return request and may request additional information or documentation if necessary.

Given Artists consign Artwork to THE SPACE gallery & art class for Exhibitions which have a set term and duration, we do not offer change of mind returns. 

Return of Artwork:

If a refund is approved and the Artwork is required to be returned, you will be responsible for securely packaging and returning the Artwork to us. We will provide instructions for the return process.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or misrepresentation on our part.

Commissions pieces

Commissions (custom-made) Artwork are not likely to be refundable once the artist has begun work, as they are tailored to your specific requests. See our terms and conditions for commissions pieces.
