Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we do!

We ship across Australia, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. All artwork is sent with a signature on delivery for security. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please contact us, and we’ll arrange it for you.

For customers in Sydney, we offer free delivery!
We have also local pick up in place if you are in Rosebery!

We also ship internationally. Please note that all prices and shipping charges are in Australian dollars (AUD). For international shipping, please contact us directly to organise your order. Please note for international shipping custom charges and fees are your responsibilities.

 

When can I expect my order?

We aim to post your order within:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days; and
  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

**Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. In many cases, some areas may take 1-4 additional business days, regardless of the parcel being despatched standard or express post.**

If you require your purchase for a special occasion, please get in touch and we will try to work some magic!

What happens if my work was damaged in transit?

We take great care in packaging and delivering Artwork to ensure it arrives safe and sound. We know that accidents can happen - no matter how careful!

If you find your artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours after receiving the Artwork.

For insurance purposes, we request that you take clear photos of both the:

  • picture of the packaging condition
  • damage
