Water and movement are the influence in my abstract, mixed media, work. The brush strokes become just as important in the design and take on their own individual forms.

About the artist

Teresa is a Sydney-based artist working in painting, printmaking and ceramics from her studio in Maroubra. A practising artist since the 1990's and an art teacher since the 1980's, her work has evolved and changed with the passing of time, influences, and new experiences with mediums, styles and techniques. Her current small works on paper, focus on the abstract qualities of watercolours and the forms created in the exploration of inks on paper. "I love how inks bleed, blend and separate to create remembered and imagined images of landscape."
