‘Autumn Days on the Beach’ was painted in London when we're staying near Hampstead Heath. The expanse of green-space reminded me of home and family trips to the South Coast. We spent many a windy afternoon on the beach. Too cold for swimming but perfect for collecting shells and daydreaming.
