About the artwork

The title of this artwork came suddenly. Esperance is a French word as well as a location in Australia. Embracing totally my dual nationality.
When reading about Esperance - the town in Western Australia - I was absolutely sure about the feeling I was trying to convey:

- calm Blue Haven

- natural wonders

- hidden ocean pools

- Pristine and perfect are two words that reflect the absolute beauty of this place

- Here you will find an ocean coloured all imaginable shades of blue and green
