"Eve" is a surrealistic photographic interpretation of the passages from Genesis 3:6 - 3:7 in The Bible, in which Eve leads Adam to the Forbidden Fruit. After eating the Apple in God's Garden, she becomes aware of the self and her body as a whole. However, there is no shame in this, nor is there regret for her actions. Becoming the very representation of the fruit, she also becomes a representation of curiosity and the search for knowledge; perched upon her stool in content after opening the eyes of Man to the true nature of the world.

About the artist
As a photographer, I am inspired by the strange and unusual. My works make use of a relationship between devised studio shoots and photo manipulation to achieve that which is both elegant and curious. The hope is to make use of a visual narrative - to tell stories of the weird and wonderful.
