Inspired by the beautiful sunset sky which reminds me of colourful gelati on a warm summer day.
About the artist:
I live in the Macedon Ranges in Victoria; I work full time as a nurse and paint in my snippets of spare time. Painting was initially a bereavement therapy after the loss of my son and I now create in a small studio space – ‘Little Leif Studio’ – in his memory. I feel inspired and rejuvenated by the beauty and diversity of the landscape and paint outside or in my studio from photos and memory.
