Le Monde D’une Peintre

Inspired by a photo captured when I visited Van Gogh Alive Exhibition in Sydney, I have painted myself in a world of paintings. I imagined myself walking through the famous “Café Terrace at Night” floor and under its sky… contemplating the world renown paintings “Almond Blossoms” and “Vase with Fifteen Sunflowers”. As I walk through life, I see the world through the lens of an artist, constantly admiring beauty; thinking of painting ideas and exciting color palettes. To me, this painting represents my big aspirations and dreams of becoming a successful artist. The figure in this painting appears small to showcase the magnitude of my artistic aspirations.
