This was a fun piece to create, enticing one to enjoy the day with its bright and varied colour palette. It makes me think of fairy floss and riding through meadows or the park, a sense of freedom and enjoyment all at once.
It is simultaneously earthy and confected, floating and solid, while also being grounded and enduring, which makes the name of the piece an apt allusion.
