Description
Having grown up on a property in rural NSW, sewing was very much the craft in our household. Life was quite grounded in the basic fundamentals of being a positive family and community, hard work, the importance of education, striving to improve the land and leave it in a better place for future generations.
This artwork is based on a collage of Simplicity 9896 sewing patterns... with simplicity in mind.
