Softly Softly

Softly Softly is another favourite! Painted en plein air at Wentworth Falls, in the Blue Mountains. I rarely work on paper, but this particular piece and Just a Glimpse had travelled with me all the way from Edinburgh and they were calling to be painted on. I love using these soft shades of pink, grey and yellow together, makes me think of the warm afternoon glow of the Autumn sun.
